Girlguiding Pizza and Pop Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions Agreement

By entering into the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Organiser & Promoter

The prize draw is being organised and promoted by Scottish Love in Action (the “organiser”), also known as "SLA", a charity registered in Scotland (registered charity SC030516) and company limited by guarantee (company number SC280397), registered office St Ninian’s Centre, 140 The Pleasance, Edinburgh EH8 9RR. The Prize

The winner of the prize-draw will win a' Pizza and Pop' night for their Unit. The prize entitles the winning unit to a delivery of pizza and pop to their Unit providing refereshments for up to 40 children.

Only Units that have registered their Bake a Little Love event with SLA and have submitted their completed Bake a Little Love donation form with money raised from their event by 12 noon on March the 30th 2012 will be entered into the Prize Draw.

There is no cash or other prize alternative available.

The prize may not be transferred by the winner to any other person, other than with the consent of the organiser. Such consent shall be at the organiser’s sole discretion

Who can enter

The competition is only open to all Girlguiding Units across Scotland.

How to Enter

Entry into the prize draw can be made by contacting the SLA Office by telephone, email or post to register your Girlguiding Unit's Bake a Little Love Event.

The Prize-Draw

The prize will be drawn at random from a container with all registered entries received under independent supervision on April the 10th 2012.

The Winning Unit

The winning unit will be notified by phone call or email at the relevant phone number or, email address that initiated the winning text or online entry. If the winning entry was submitted by post, the winner will be notified via the contact details provided. Notification will take place on April 10th 2012. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by May 10th 2012, the organiser reserves the right to cancel their entitlement to the prize and award the prize to a reserve-winner, selected at the same time as the original winner.

Publicity

The prize draw winning unit may be asked by Scottish Love in Action to participate in publicity and photography associated with the win but shall be under no obligation to do so.
