Elephants for SLA
The Junior School of George Watsons College in Edinburgh are supporting SLA as their chosen charity for their Summer term 2011.
One of the events they have run was a competition for the Primary 1, 2 and 3 classes to make elephants. The entrees were incredible, so creative and colourful: puppets, pictures, paintings, 3D elephants. It was hard for the judges to decide who deserved to win a prize for the different categories.
Lottie Beveridge, P2, was one of the winners. Her salt dough elephant (pictured below) won the prize for the category of elephants that showed a link to charity. Well done Lottie, your elephant is absolutely gorgeous!
