Future Projects
SLA has in a very short time increased the number of children in our care from 120 to over 500. Tragically, there seems to be no limit to the number of children in desperate need. And so SLA is constantly planning new projects.
Over the next 3 years SLA’s aims in India are to:

Continue to provide the operational funding to support up to 500 children in the Tuni Home and over 60 children in the Hyderabad Home.
Provide funding to allow a Capital Development Programme in the Tuni Home that creates additional bedrooms, classrooms and toilets.
Provide increased funds for further and higher education after completion of the state leaving examination (age 16).
Investigate other ways in which to expand our work with destitute children in India.
