Celebrating the Bengali New Year with SABASH
Scottish Love In Action collaborates with SABASH (Scottish Association of Bengali Arts and Sanskritik Heritage).
In the last year, we had the pleasure of participating in the vibrant festivities of the 1430 Bengali New Year and the joyous occasion of Durga Puja. Additionally, representatives from Sabash joined us for the memorable 2023 Fireworks Extravaganza.
On Saturday 20 April, we reached a significant milestone as our two organisations joined hands as partners for the very first time.
The Cultural Evening was meticulously planned, with the exquisite decorations, captivating performances, delicious cuisine, and nods to Scottish heritage seamlessly woven throughout the event.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters whose attendance made the evening truly special. We expect great things from this collaboration between our two organisations, envisioning many fruitful years ahead, empowering vulnerable children in India.
