Anusha Bharadwaj, the Executive Director of VOICE, believes that marginalised teenage girls in India must be enabled to take control of their future and work towards breaking damaging cycles of economic, social and gender equality in their communities.
At the VOICE camps, Anusha has overseen the development of programmes for both girls and teenage boys, as she knows that educating both genders will scale the impact and help create a gender equal society.
